HPE Socio-Economic Development Initiatives

At HPE we believe in being a force for good, striving to make a positive impact in South Africa. We know that technology can drive better solutions and are committed to assisting charitable organisations in the ICT sector in line with the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) Act.

We would like to invite you to participate in our Socio-Economic Development Programme for 2026.

This programme provides grants and donations to advance ICT schemes in South Africa, forming part of HPE’s commitment in promoting the legislative requirements of the BBBEE Act. Recently, the Socio-Economic Development Programme has enabled organisations to offer education programmes for youth and adults as well as providing IT equipment for charities including the Nelson Mandela Children’s Hospital in Johannesburg.
