HPE

Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) is a South African government policy put in place to advance economic transformation and enhance the participation of Black people in the South African economy.

The purpose of BBBEE is to bridge the gap in equality, ensuring all people in South Africa fully enjoy equal rights.

HPE is dedicated to contributing to the sustainable growth of the South African economy through youth development initiatives, supporting the advancement of Black-owned companies and contributing to the social uplift of the country. We believe in working together to move beyond challenges and obstacles, to constantly raise the bar and always choose action over complacency. As part of the BBBEE Act, we are offering programmes in the ICT sector, to contribute towards sustainable economic growth.
